What is the best way to reheat the meals?
You can transfer the meals into a pan to reheat on the stove top or in the oven, but because we are realistic and have made these for your convenience, reheat the meal in the microwave for about two (2) minutes, depending on the meal and your microwave.
Is the food fully cooked?
Yes! Every meal is fully cooked and a food thermometer is always used to ensure that the food is cooked to a safe, minimum internal temperature.
How long will the meals last in the refrigerator?
According to the USDA, prepared meals can be kept in the refrigerator for Four (4) to Five (5) days; or frozen for Three (3) to Four (4) months.
What should I do with my used containers?
Simply clean them thoroughly and put in your Tupperware drawer for future food storage!
